There are 18 recycling points for waste glass, tins and similar packaging. These are:

• Hjelteryggen, across from the grocery shop
• Bjorøyna
• Brattholmen quay
• Foldnes, the parking space for the school at Foldnes
• Bildøy south, the parking space for the beach
• Døsjø, near Fjell Marina
• Kolltveit, near the closed down shopping centre
• Fjell farm, 500 m north of the church
• Tellneskrysset, on the road to Haganes
• Kallestad, along the main road
• Møvika, west of the grocery shop
• Langøyna, near the Langøy Bridge
• Apalvågen
• Ågotnes, near grocery shops Rema 1000/ Safari
• Straume, across the road from Radio Sotra
• Straume, near Sartor retail park
• Straumsfjellvegen, near the pedestrian road to the Sartor centre
• Polleide, the parking space at Kårtveitpollen
